This traditional sushi restaurant gives you a glimpse of what sushi shops must have been like 100 years ago. You write your order on paper, and the sushi is prepared right in front of you by skilled chefs. The fish portions are generous, and prices are very reasonable, starting at just 150 yen for three pieces—much better quality and value than large 100-yen conveyor belt chains. I visit every time I’m in Osaka, even if there’s a line of over 30 people—I’m willing to wait to get in!
